Kalmar RT Center, LLC will provide the customer with the product or service that was contracted for, in a manner that meets or exceeds the customer’s requirements, in accordance with all applicable contractual, technical or legal standards for the work.

The principles defined below comprise the Kalmar RT Center’s quality policy.
